Description
While railway stations can be dominated by large station buildings there are often many other smaller buildings and rooms dotted around the premises. During the Big Four era there would often be a lamp room on the platform allowing for all the required station lamps to be stored. Offices are also a key part of the station environment for clerical staff to go about their business.
